Our Story
Adriatic Relocation was founded by Mario Ivančević in Split, Croatia, not as a business idea, but as a response to a real problem. Too many foreigners were arriving in Croatia excited about a new life, only to get buried in bureaucracy, bad advice, and wasted time. Mario had spent years working with international clients - Americans, Brits, EU citizens, helping them navigate the Croatian legal and administrative system. The same questions kept coming up. The same mistakes kept being made. So he built a service that eliminates all of it. Today, it's a focused, hands-on consultancy that takes clients from first conversation to fully settled, with zero guesswork in between.

With deep local legal and administrative knowledge and years of working with US, UK, and EU clients, he coordinates the end-to-end process with precision and discretion. He speaks English and Croatian and understands the cultural gap between American expectations and Croatian reality.
